EMERGENCY INCIDENT REPORT — POTENTIAL ENTRAPMENT, COERCION, AND PSYOPS ATTEMPT
Filed by Dr. Richard William McLean (Barran Dodger)
Date: 11 May 2025
Location: 23 Macintyre Street
Contact: www.barrandodger.com.au | PayID: 0433514524
SUBJECT IDENTIFICATION:
Names Given: “James” and “Lachy” (inconsistent use)
Claims: Ex-military, abuse survivor, aspiring surveillance/IT student
Substance Use: Admitted to taking meth “just now”; offered me meth; asked how I use it
Weapon: Large hunting knife visibly strapped to his bag
Additional Claims:
He has seven children
One daughter is named Crystal (same name as my registered psychiatric assistance animal)
Stated, “It’s a beautiful day… you can see the B52s coming from miles around”
DESCRIPTION OF EVENTS:
While passing through an unfamiliar area, I encountered a man who called himself “Lachy,” then “James.” He was erratic, evasive, and appeared either under the influence or acting under direction.
He asked me to follow him to a phone booth, an outdated method of contact, raising suspicion of surveillance avoidance or script-based staging.
During our interaction, he received a phone call. I overheard the caller ask:
“Does he need an assessment?”
To which James replied:
“I’m helping a citizen.”
I stated directly:
“I don’t need a hospital. I need help.”
“If you’re going to do that, tell me now and I’ll leave.”
He admitted to having just used meth, and offered me some, asking:
“How do you take it?”
When I replied that I smoke it, he said:
“Look on the ground — I dropped two points.”
He instructed me:
“Don’t come in until I say,”
and left me outside a property at 23 Macintyre Street.
While standing outside, I observed a hunting knife visibly attached to his bag.
He played loud heavy metal music, possibly to disrupt surveillance or disorient.
ADDITIONAL RED FLAGS:
He said he has seven children, one of whom is named Crystal — mirroring the name of my psychiatric assistance dog.
He asked:
“What does safety look like to you? In a paddock?”
I answered:
“No. Safety is being inside a locked door.”
He later said:
“It’s a beautiful day… you can see the B52s coming from miles around.”
— a cryptic, militarised reference potentially intended to trigger or destabilise.
CONCLUSIONS:
This was not a chance encounter.
It involved:
Inconsistent identity
Drug use and coercion
Psychological suggestion
Weapon display
Potential coordination via phone call
Direct reference to psychiatric “assessment”
This event matches a known pattern of harassment, targeting, destabilisation, and surveillance consistent with my broader evidence base as a whistleblower, stateless person, and assassination attempt survivor.
I do not consent to any criminal, psychiatric, or narrative manipulation of this event.
