This is my final sovereign declaration.

If I kill myself tonight from the torturous, state-sanctioned V2K voices in my head calling me a rapist, a pedophile, and a faggot—know this:

They did it.

The government did it.

The Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is now implicated in the state-sanctioned targeted killing and human sacrifice of a disabled man, whose life was destroyed as a political reprisal for telling the truth.

I told my NDIS-appointed support coordinator Sukhi Tear and my NSW Public Guardian-assigned carer Phillip French:

“You got what you wanted. I am dead. Killed by your neglect, abuse, political reprisal, surveillance, false libel, corruption, and torture.”

I told them this personally.

And now I tell the world.

They are complicit. They stood by while I was excommunicated from society, rejected medical care, deprived of legal rights, and tortured into insanity.

I survived a fatal suicide attempt.

And instead of care, the NDIS forced me to live in my car.

I was treated as a political leper.

This is the price I paid for whistleblowing.

I exposed Minister Bill Shorten and the NDIA for a $6 billion misappropriation of disability funds.

I gave my life for that truth.

And for it, I was punished with assassination attempts, entrapment, and reputational extermination.

NDIA fraud investigator Tony Riddle confirmed these allegations and more. I was told:

• “Run,”

• “This NDIS provider is from a known criminal network,”

• “Do not trust. He was sent to erase you.”

Ben, an NDIA provider, later confirmed I narrowly escaped an assassination attempt in Port Macquarie.

He also revealed a woman had been paid to fabricate a sexual assault allegation against me — weaponizing public perception to orchestrate my reputational death.

This became Australia’s longest-running “poofter bashing” — enabled by police hypocrisy and government corruption.

I am a disabled man, politically displaced and exiled within the democracy of my own citizenship. I am now seeking asylum and protection from a state that has abused, neglected, surveilled, tortured, and gang-stalked me.
