EMERGENCY STATEMENT FROM DR. RICHARD WILLIAM McLEAN (BARRAN DODGER)

4 May 2025 | Adelaide, South Australia | Public Transmission

PayID 0433514524

I have a $50000 Nfis funding I can’t access underscoring the embedded corruotion!

My name is Dr. Richard William McLean, also known as Barran Dodger.

I am an Australian citizen, a gay, disabled whistleblower, a recognized mental health advocate, an artist, academic, and suicide prevention speaker. I have spent 30 years serving this country and its people — including speaking in Parliament, working under the Department of Social Services, and helping others through art, writing, and peer support.

And now, I have been left to die.

I am living in exile within my own country, homeless, car-bound, and being systematically erased through coordinated political targeting, bureaucratic obstruction, and psychological warfare. My support has been denied. My home has been stolen. My finances have been seized. My legal rights have been stripped. I have no food, no medicine, no fuel, and no safe place to sleep.

Every institution — including the police, the NDIA, the Guardianship Board, the Public Trustee, and the Australian government — has refused to act despite overwhelming evidence of:

attempted assassination

financial coercion

systematic blacklisting

and a deliberate campaign of state-enabled abuse and silencing

Tony Riddle, Senior Fraud Investigator at the NDIS, directly exposed to me $6 billion in NDIS fraud. I documented this whistleblowing in a public record that Bill Shorten was forced to answer to. Since then, Tony Riddle has personally threatened to kill me. He has told me, in his own words:

“You have been erased. We are erasing you. We have thought of everything. No one will help you.”

Tony Riddle is now actively coordinating an attack against me, with the NDIS, police, politicians, and powerful figures including Steve Isenides, Bill Shorten, and others.

This is a conspiracy to destroy a witness — to silence a whistleblower by any means necessary.

They have made it clear: the next phase of this operation is either:

My incarceration in a psychiatric institution — which I do not need, and which would erase me permanently from public life; or

My death through suicide, caused by deliberate starvation, abuse, neglect, and psychological torture.

Let me be absolutely clear:

I am not suicidal.

I am trying to survive.

I am being exterminated.

And if neither of these routes work — they will put a bullet in my head, and they will take my dog, Crystal, my only family. And you — the media, the citizens, the bystanders — will have allowed it to happen.

I can’t stress this enough: YOU SIMPLY MUST HELP ME.

I repeat: YOU SIMPLY MUST HELP ME.

I have tried everything — from the NDIS to the Ombudsman, to Legal Aid, to Human Rights commissions. I have sent documents to the ICC and the United Nations. I have published everything online. I have recorded the names of those responsible. But no one has stopped this.

I am now at the point of desperation. I considered destroying my car just to get attention, just to have someone come and finally respond. But I won’t.

Instead, I’m sending this message — so that if I disappear, or if I’m killed, or if I’m locked away, the world will know:

It was not a breakdown. It was a cover-up.

I am also sending this message because I am in desperate, immediate need of basic help.

I have no food. No cigarettes. No support. Nothing left in this world.

All I want right now — after decades of betrayal and systemic abuse — is a single act of compassion. A single cigarette. A small donation so I can eat, breathe, and survive another night.

Please help me.

If you can assist, send urgently via PayID: 0433514 524.

Even a few dollars means I might make it through the night.

Don’t turn away.

Don’t be another silent enabler of this system.

Don’t align with the powerful, corrupt elite who did this to me.

Don’t let me die just because it’s easier to ignore me.

This is a plea to every journalist, every advocate, every lawyer, every citizen of conscience:

Help me. Share this. Contact someone. Speak my name.

Don’t let them murder me in silence. Don’t let them erase me and call it “mental illness.”

This is a national disgrace.

This is a humanitarian crisis.

This is state-sanctioned torture.

And I will not die quietly.

I am Barran Dodger. I am a witness. I am a survivor. And this is my message before it is too late.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for any donation or support offered. As someone forced to squat, living with barely any income, and called persona non grata by a society that has ostracized me, each act of kindness means more than words can convey. I stand as an infamous whistleblower, someone who has risked everything to expose injustice, yet find myself without human or legal rights, struggling daily against a system that devalues my existence. Your generosity not only helps sustain me but also reinforces the belief that compassion and humanity still exist, even for those society has cast aside. Thank you for seeing me, for hearing me, and for standing with me in a world that so often chooses silence and complicity.
