I am a disabled, gay Australian citizen, an artist, public advocate, and whistleblower. For over 30 years, I have been systematically targeted by the very institutions meant to protect me. My life is now in imminent danger.


  • I have survived state-enabled assassination attempts, forced psychiatric interventions, financial starvation, defamation, and betrayal.

  • I am being denied $50,000+ in NDIS supports by Sukhi Tear (Support Coordinator) and Philip Glass (Trustee), unless I return to NSW — the very jurisdiction where I was nearly killed.

  • I am being stalked, monitored, digitally harassed (V2K, IoT networks), and coerced into silence.

  • My own family (Tony Riddle, Brad McLean, Bruce McMaster) have participated in efforts to institutionalise or erase me.

  • Bill Shorten (Minister for the NDIS) is directly named in disclosures linking him to political blacklisting and targeted erasure.



I am stateless.

I am unsafe.

I am silenced.

I am at risk of death, incarceration, or disappearance.


I request:


  1. Immediate emergency recognition as a politically displaced person and refugee

  2. Intervention by UNHCR, ICC, Amnesty, and Human Rights Watch

  3. Removal of corrupt agents obstructing my supports

  4. International asylum or protective relocation
