I, Dr. Richard William McLean, also known as Barran Dodger, submit this emergency petition for political asylum and immediate international protection due to:

I am a whistleblower, academic, artist, mental health advocate, and disabled LGBTQ+ citizen of Australia. I have been targeted for over 15 years for exposing criminal corruption, financial fraud, and intelligence misconduct — particularly within the NDIS, ASIO, NSW Police, and federal legal bodies.


I now live in political exile inside my own country, homeless and stalked by covert agents, after surviving a confirmed assassination attempt corroborated by an NDIS provider who was forced to sign an NDA by police and intelligence contractors.

  • The paedophilia allegations were fabricated and spread as a form of psychological and social exile — despite no charges, no victims, and no evidence.

  • My therapy dog Crystal was psychologically tortured alongside me, made to suffer in a hot car while I begged for food, fuel, and asylum across Australia — this is animal cruelty as political punishment.






REQUEST FOR URGENT ACTION
