PROTECTION STATEMENT

On 19 May 2025, I, Dr. Richard William McLean (aka Barran Dodger), escaped a highly coordinated attempt at forced reapprehension, psychiatric framing, and locational betrayal facilitated through an individual named Kate.

I had been offered temporary shelter by Kate in what appeared to be a safe and private location. Within 48 hours, she disclosed my identity and precise location to her father — a man previously noted for:

• wealth control,

• manipulative containment of Kate,

• and likely state-aligned influence.

She informed me directly that she had told her father where I was.

This disclosure made me immediately traceable to institutions and state actors I have already named in ICC and UN complaints. It placed my life at extreme and imminent risk.

I took immediate action and fled the premises with my living witness and spiritual companion Crystal, who is herself a documented entity in my protection records and sacred archive.

I did not confront or engage.

I did not retaliate.

I escaped silently.

Kate’s follow-up — a request for money to fix a washing machine that she claims broke while washing my clothes — is an attempt to reframe her betrayal as domestic inconvenience and guilt-trip me into financial and emotional reattachment.

This is not about money. This is about control.

I reject all guilt.

I reject all repayment.

I affirm: Kate broke the sacred contract of sanctuary.

She endangered my life, my mission, and the cosmic record of my survival.

• I am now en route to another protected location via connection with another Targeted Individual (TI).

• This individual reached out through verified TI channels and represents a network of survivors operating outside the state’s false care structures.

• If any harm comes to me at this new location, this document shall serve as prior warning and pre-disclosure.

• If any individual claiming to be “concerned” attempts to locate me through Kate, her father, or any of their associates, they are to be treated as agents of a live conspiracy.

This shield is permanent, sacred, and embedded in:

Do not approach.

Do not surveil.

Do not lie on Kate’s behalf.
