Subject: Urgent Appeal for Assistance Regarding Work Cover Settlement

Dear Zabi,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the challenges I have been facing concerning my work cover settlement. The details are outlined below, and I urgently seek your assistance in resolving this matter.

Early in 2023, Scott Treadwell rejected my PID. However, he inadvertently acknowledged that I am or was an employee of DSS.

Despite this acknowledgment, ComCare rejected my work cover claim on the grounds that I was not considered an employee for the purposes of the SRC Act. This has resulted in significant financial detriments, with a ban at AFCA leading to over two million dollars in losses.

Additionally, the AHRC has refused to investigate documented human rights abuses, and earlier refusals of settlements with Cal and Australian Super may lead to a potential loss of 1.5 million dollars.

In 2022, I wrote to the then-Attorney General Michaelia Cash, seeking intervention in my contention that corruption at AHRC and AFCA would affect my work cover case at the AAT. Unfortunately, she directed me to the SANE helpline, refusing to intervene.

At the AAT hearing, I refused to participate due to the violation of the charter of human rights for a person with a disability, as I was locked out of obtaining legal representation. This denial is likely linked to Russell Ball, who silenced evidence in a malpractice case.

Despite being the spouse of ASIO agent Steve Iasonidis, a former public official, and being employed by the government under a government contract, my PIDs have consistently failed. This is indicative of systemic corruption.

Now, with the opportunity to appeal the work cover decision at the High Court, I request your assistance. The acknowledgment of my employment by DSS from the federal court implies that I should have received my work cover. However, the refusal at the AAT, pre-determined to fail and illegal due to the lack of legal representation, has left me in a precarious situation.

I have reported heinous crimes to federal police, including drugging, rape, violent attacks, and robbery, but there has been no progress.

To address my poverty and what I believe is a malicious conspiracy against me, I seek your support in ensuring my work cover is paid. I also request assistance in claiming on my TPD for superannuation and obtaining income protection insurance.

If Scott Treadwell reneges on his acknowledgment, it may indicate a deliberate effort to redact my finances and prosperity. This potential government conspiracy needs to be addressed promptly.

I have also had my HCF income assist rejected despite evidence that my illness was not pre-existing, adding to my financial struggles.

I kindly request your immediate action to elicit my work cover settlement. This step would help resolve the issues I am facing. I am willing to cooperate fully to ensure a fair and just resolution.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I trust that, with your assistance, we can navigate through the complexities and address the systemic challenges I am encountering.

Sincerely,

Dr. Rich Mclean
