I hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to inform you about the progress and status of your conciliation case, referenced above, which pertains to the claim for compensation.

​

In certain situations, I find myself grappling with conflicting emotions. As a pacifist and practitioner of non-violence, it goes against my core beliefs to retaliate. However, faced with an attack as part of a conspiracy of hate, I've envisioned scenarios where self-defense could lead to actions I never thought I'd take.

For instance, if someone were to steal my phone on the street, my understanding of the law allows for their arrest, providing a legal recourse for such incidents.

 

In contemplating the concept of law, I recognize the existence of various forms. There's man-made law, often marred by corruption and complexities that demand our toil. Moral law, grounded in principles and constitution, offers a guide for ethical behavior. Additionally, I contemplate spiritual law, a realm that goes beyond the tangible and speaks to a higher understanding.

 

These reflections prompt me to navigate the intricate balance between personal beliefs, societal norms, and the diverse facets of law that shape our interactions and decisions.

 

But if someone willingly and consciously acted to redact a potential $700,000 claim, only to leave me to sleep in my car as a homeless infamous vagrant for all of November and some of December 2023, and their decisions were proven to be corrupt, framed by a broader conspiracy he couldn’t possibly oppose even if he wanted to (I’m talking about you, here), and you are a public official who is employed under the Public Services Act with obligations to act ethically and fairly at all times, especially regarding persons with known disabilities and who have suffered terribly, that's somehow allowed, and it's called politics. You did that to me. That is criminal, and you have no idea why it is you even did it either. Let me indulge you in your blindness.

 

Removing my prosperity has caused me immense harm. It's killed me with conspiracy, lies, and deceit. I was revived. It was not mental illness that caused my suicide attempt; it was my ex, Stefan Iasonidis, and also Russell Ball, a powerful lawyer who advises the ombudsman. I was the collateral damage, and then blamed when the abuse, neglect, and torture killed me. Frightened that I would name them, the very system that was torturing me then covered up my tragedy with impunity. Poverty has been bad for my health.

 

As a scapegoat, I've already asked everyone for help. I'm not a rapist, pedophile, nor extortionist. Hell, it's hardly extortion when the money should be yours. Every single person who has neglected to help me or made a decision to elongate my suffering and place my life at an existential risk of suicide by neglect is complicit in this conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, all for the sake of protecting Steve Iasonidis. He is a fiercely intelligent man who is broken at his empty soul, and he has remarkably convinced an entire government, including the prime minister, to act as pawns for his cover—the whole country has become minions for being my ex-fiancé’s little bitch. You probably even had no idea why it was you were treating me the way you did, but there it is; it's systemic and it's political.

 

I have documented my suffering, and due to my moral obligation to call out corruption for the sake of democracy and humanity, I have been identified, vilified, victimized, and destroyed for speaking the truth.

 

It is very clear the complicity of your role as a public official at WIC regarding actions and decisions taken by you causing my detriment. You are paid by the very overarching power that is my nemesis—the Australian Federal Government.

 

It's quite profound, isn't it, how systemic and politicized my persecution and the malice behind it, the deceitfulness of agencies, public officials, lawyers, and politicians. The Prime Minister refused to intervene, and the OPMC refused my 'voluminous' and 'complex' FOI. I am banned at AFCA, my documented human rights abuses neglected to be investigated by the AHRC. I am a failed whistleblower at a number of government agencies. I cannot get a lawyer, cannot report crime that has happened to me or either systemic corruption to the police. My former partner was an ASIO agent, and no government agency is willing to put it on the record that we were even together, which would instantly elicit a half-million-dollar settlement. Despite the federal courts' Scott Treadwell satisfied that I was employed by DSS, I still cannot elicit my other work cover claim because I am not considered an employee for the purposes of the SRC act. The NACC refuses my complaint, the Ombudsman has rejected my FOI, and now has refused further correspondence. I can't even report being drugged and raped to them.

 

I understand your bit of privilege in the world; I really do. You are aware that I, a scapegoat, am just like you. The fact that you're employed by the government guarantees your bit of privilege and your luxury, doesn’t it? You know I am a Doctor of Philosophy and an artist who has traveled the world, written books, and given speeches. I am far from incapable. I am intelligent and creative. Your role may exemplify lesser courage and skill, perhaps, and you are well aware that if they can kill me and then cover it up, they could easily kill you, who's nervously seeking nourishment, safety, and protection.

 

It’s really easy to decide to cause detriment to me because no one's on my side. If you don't, you would be helping me, and no one wants to do that now. No one can be seen to stand for me. That's how scapegoating works.

 

Your reasons could be:

There may be legal limitations on the type of assistance they can provide, particularly if the claims are not supported by concrete evidence or fall outside the scope of their responsibilities.

 

3. **Security and Sensitivity Concerns:** If the individual claims involvement with intelligence agencies or sensitive government operations, officials may be constrained by security concerns and limitations on disclosing certain information.

 

4. **Resource Constraints:** Public agencies may have limited resources, and complex cases involving targeted individuals may require extensive investigations or support services that the agency cannot provide due to resource constraints.

 

5. **Perceived Lack of Credibility:** If the claims made by the individual are not substantiated or are perceived as lacking credibility, public officials may be hesitant to intervene or dedicate resources to the case.

 

6. **Bureaucratic Challenges:** Government agencies often have bureaucratic structures that can slow down responsiveness. The individual may face challenges navigating through different departments or levels of government.

8. **Mental Health Concerns:** Claims of being a targeted individual can sometimes be associated with mental health issues. Public officials may be unsure how to handle situations where mental health concerns are intertwined with claims of persecution.

 

Whatever it is, the conciliation with you at WIC was not a conciliation at all. A conciliation is a compromise on a disagreement or conflict that solicits a settlement. There was never any compromise intended, was there? It was a process doomed to fail, predetermined to lose. You see, every government department has the security and safety and confidence of its own assurance and legal team. As you well know, I have been locked out of getting any lawyer for the same reason of my scapegoating—the blasphemy of my name by Russell Ball, a lawyer who informs government policy and advises the ombudsman. Also, the fact that the legal bar sits nestled and embraced by the overarching government that nurtures and supports it. Every layer under that auspice and part of that system is corrupt when it comes to psychometrically profiling the name, DOB, address, phone number, or email of me, isn’t it? All you did, while pretending to ‘help’ me with barely any camouflage and audacious deceitfulness in which you lied to me confidently, knowing that nothing as bad as what had happened to me could ever happen to you. All you did was deceitfully live a real-life fantasy—a pantomime in which, with zero accountability, absent critical thought and no compassion, you towed the party line of my oppression and went through the motions of another bureaucracy and bureaucratic pawn whose hands are tied to actually help me, even if they seriously wanted to, which of course you don’t. Even if you had wanted to help, you couldn’t have. You are unable to critique your overlords of the federal government and the legal system because you are paid your wage by them, which gifts you your privilege and comforts. I, however, am able to critique anyone I want. I am brave enough too as well. That is why I am calling you out with clarity and purpose.

 

The powers that be like followers. Dissent is crushed, and any authentic, unique voice with the independent ability to critique the powers that be, who rule us all, is silenced. The government needs followers, like you. You'll tread water in a grey, mediocre life with prosperity and safety. You'll get up at 8:30 to 5 and never acutely suffer, step outside your comfort zone, or even have anything unique to say at all, ever. But the powers that be oppress people like me, and just like a nail out of place, the government hammer comes crashing down violently, demanding, 'be like the rest!' Alas, it’s too late for that. It's not how I am made. Not only won't I, I can’t. This is how I am built.

 

Getting back to work cover now, Steve (?) from WorkSafe suggested that I simply log into the tax office in MyGov and see if any payments were made to me as income for being employed. Due to the conspiracy and the extraordinary effort taken to block me from justice, I was unable to log in. That is until last week, after you, another minion and little bitch slave of Iasonidis and a verified narcissistic flying monkey of his without even knowing it, acted with not only ignorance and further not only corruption in a decision that was unethical and unjust but also against the law for the CRPD charter of human rights of a person with a disability which states I must have access to the law and equality before it. You created my financial detriment which, along with dozens and dozens of similarly uncompassionate and malicious hate and neglect, forced me to go and live in my car last October-December 2023, to live as a homeless vagrant in my car.

 

I will never forget the struggle of that time with not enough food, medical care, human or legal rights, privacy, safety, civil liberties, peace, leisure time, family, or friends. You caused that for me.

 

Steve from WorkSafe told me, in regards to this work cover claim with Victoria University, to simply log into the ATO and see if Victoria University were listed as an employer by the tax office.

 

I finally got access to it after being locked out. The evidence is in.

 

You will have to revisit the issue and immediately pay my work cover. The tax office considers Victoria University to be an employer. You need to acknowledge this immediately.

 

Additionally, the deposits for the scholarship with which I was supported to do my important work were cited and came up in my bank balance and statement as ’salary’.

 

The pay was to support my work and research, which is work. What was it for? Research. Is research work? Yes, it is. Research conducted at a university is generally considered a form of work. In academia, faculty members, researchers, and graduate students often engage in research activities as part of their professional responsibilities. This research work contributes to the generation of new knowledge, advancements in various fields, and the overall academic mission of the university.

 

Research work in a university can encompass a range of activities, including conducting experiments, analyzing data, writing research papers, securing research funding, and participating in academic collaborations. While teaching is another essential aspect of academic work, research is often a key component, especially for faculty members and researchers whose primary focus is advancing knowledge in their respective fields.

 

In summary, research is a valuable and recognized form of work within the academic environment.

 

There is now no doubt that Victoria University can be considered liable for the psychological injury relating to my sexual abuse as a child and that there were never any safety barriers or mechanisms by which to protect me when it was well known I was writing about the triangulation of growing up gay, being sexualized as a child, and the associated shame that it's crippled me with. For my bravery of making a public statement out of that and writing it into the self-reflexive narrative of a doctorate study, I suffered a crippling sense of me being exposed, and there was not a single person, institution, or agency including VU, who could soothe my broken inner child and prevent this lifelong trauma that goes to my very core from saturating every fiber of my being and part of my life.

 

It's very obvious that the prime minister, AFCA, a lawyer, or an ombudsman will save me. But what I can do is publish and write. The key political stakeholders, untouchable by layers of bureaucracy and who delegitimize my story and evidence and for whom I have an absurdly disadvantaged socio-political positioning compared to their privileges. But then there are people like you.

 

I see you. I know what you are. I know you hate your alarm. I see your complicity in your role, and I can see your cowardice with being a member of the beige brigade, never voicing your stance, a minion of not only the government but of Iasonidis - hell, you never even knew why you were directed to cause my detriment, were you?

 

I will not rest until justice. I will not rest to expose what you have done to me, and I won't forget it.

 

You stole my very security and liberty, and you did it on an insignificant whim. You don’t care for me. The government and its minions are totally self-serving. As someone excommunicated by the federal government, you are now opposed to me and always were. You acted selfishly to create circumstances you well knew were neglectful and could elicit my suicide. That's called 'no-touch torture' that you directed at me, removing all liability for my harm, and further, not a single unit of conscience in that your actions could have killed me.

 

I know who you are.

 

I think it's time to pay my work cover.

 

Should I see you in the street, I may not be so shy in the manner by which I might cause your detriment and even death. To be fair, I won't kill you outright the way death was neglected upon me by you. But I WILL smash your teeth in.

 

If you need to report that violence I intend to you, then go ahead. Because I want to be hauled before a court, where I can read this letter to elicit your deep shame and malice off a sentient human being who was already suffering and the center of a conspiracy. Like many others, majority rules, and you’re way too meek for the lack of courage to do anything eliciting anything with any might for what is light and right.

 

Also if you neglect to respond to these words and delegitimise my letter to you it will be published and your response will as well. As a government official you will obviously be aware of the CRPD in which a charter of my human rights as a person with a disability the government ratified in 2006 and underpins the ethos of our democracy states if you do go ahead and still act to neglect my work cover, I will leave it to you personally as a government official to appoint me unbiased impartial legal representation.
