Dear AFCA,

A conspiracy to pervert the Cours of justice is now demonstrable.

I have evidence not only from my own data but from my NDIS worker who has spent three months with me and documented it. I have attached that evidence.

It has victimised me and AFCA are willing participants in the conscious redaction of my prosperity that has led me to financial ruin and great harm; even a suicide attempt.

I acknowledge that AFCA including Tim Gos are a perpetrator of this because you along with others have acted with a movement to systemically reject my prosperity.

Banning me from communicating with AFCA has been a methodology that is not only unjust it is illegal and it had an aim - to cause me financial ruin.

My work cover is handed down tomorrow. The issue is whether I was an employee for the purposes of the SRC act. I have submitted evidence from The Federal Court that they are satisfied I was an employee of DSS. If the AAT rules not in my favour it will not be for lack of evidence because I have an acknowledgement from the federal court that I was employed by DSS.

It will be the remit of the work place minister Danny pearson then to urgently intervene. I repeat my work cover claim will ultimately be paid.

Armed with money for legal assistance, unless AFCA lift the ban on me which is demonstrable to be a part of the conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, I will then go ahead and prosecute and hold individuals at AFCA including Tim Gos to account.

For a financially marginalised person, AFCA is supposed to come to a determination within 6 weeks as per their own policy, but AFCA knew of my vulnerability way back in 2020 and still Tim Gos willingly delayed denied and deferred my determinations to over a year and a half.

I am willing to give AFCA and Tim Gos head of service delivery a chance to redeem themselves and urgently intervene in my justice issues to arrive at favourable and fair determinations.

Otherwise I will use my time by mind and my legal rights under the charter of human rights for a person with a disability, not only to access the law but to use it to demonstrate this unfair, inequitable and unjust treatment of me.

If you do not even dignify this with a response, I will with great patience and intent hold AFCA and relevant people accountable for the injustice you have dealt me.

I have attached evidence.

Dr Rich Mclean.
